Shipping Policy for Shrimp Orders


To ensure your shrimp arrive healthy and stress-free, all live shrimp orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight Priority.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We carefully monitor the weather in your area and may delay shipping if conditions are too hot or unsafe for the shrimp. Because of thisplease understand that your order may not ship immediately — we prioritize the health of the shrimp above all.

Please make sure to bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered.

If you prefer delivery on a specific day when you’ll be available to receive the shrimp right away, simply contact us with your Order #, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy


In the rare case of any shrimp arriving dead, buyers must send clear photos or video of the deceased shrimp in the UNOPENED bag within two (2) hour of delivery. We will provide a refund for the shrimp only—shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you'd like to see the shrimp you'll be receiving, just send us a message on Instagram (@DoShrimps) with your Order #, and we’ll be happy to send you photos or videos.
